City Valey is a mix-used building located in the lower Manhattan, New York in the corner of Essex St and Delancey St. The two sites are used for four buildings that have three main programs, which is market, museum, and residential. The building form designed as “hills and valleys” to represent the city skyline. A “V” shaped sky walk as the sky market are connecting all the four building and the floor.

Each site has two buildings; the first building, which is the market, become the busy corner due to its access to public transportations and the existing Essex market. The museum buildings located in the next three building. The residential area located on the top of the programs in the four building. A green garden on the top of each  building allowing residents to have a green space in the city.
